Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This page explains what information BuildSick collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it simple because we collect very little.

1. What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you fill in the contact form, that is:

• Your name and work email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• The service you need and your budget range (optional)
• Your project summary and any details you type in

If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the messages you send.

2. Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare your free audit
• To discuss, quote and deliver a project if you decide to work with us
• To keep a record of our conversations with you

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell them to anyone.

3. Where it is stored and who can see it

Form submissions are received and stored through our website host, Netlify, and are forwarded to our team by email. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We share your information with no one else, unless the law requires it.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Our host may keep basic technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the length of the project and our records afterwards. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

6. Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email us and we will respond as soon as we can.

7. Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

8. Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
